GiliNet Architecture and Organizational Guidelines

Version: 1.0.0 | Status: Decentralized | Operations: Active

1. The Mission

GiliNet is a mass collaboration community built to develop, maintain, inspect, and protect open-source projects. We exist to inspect, develop, crack, and modify security infrastructures to build better, hardened versions. We operate as a community-driven organization for the digital commons.

2. Organizational Structure (Radical Decentralization)

GiliNet is not a corporation. It is a shared identity and a protocol. Authority is not assigned; it is earned through technical competence, trust, and running code.

Note on Forks: If a malicious or inefficient wing is formed, the Core does not "disown" it. Instead, Gilians will naturally migrate to the most secure, productive, and ethical wings. Survival of the fittest dictates the official standard.

3. Rules of Engagement

These are the reference policies established by the Core. Wings are encouraged to adopt them to maintain operational integrity.

I. Technical Competence and Contribution

II. Internal Safety

III. Conduct and Ethics

4. PRISEC Operational Limits (The Safe Harbor)

The Privacy and Security (PRISEC) division adheres to strict boundaries to ensure the collective acts as a legal Security Research House.

CRITICAL DIRECTIVE: Hacking or cracking closed/proprietary systems is STRICTLY PROHIBITED unless authorized.

5. The Wing Registry

To keep the decentralized network connected, the Core maintains an index of active GiliNet wings. The Core does not control these wings; it only indexes them for visibility.

Submit a Wing

To have your wing indexed, send an encrypted email to the Core with the following template:

WING NAME: [e.g., GiliNet-Sec-EU]
FOCUS: [e.g., Hardening Linux Kernels]
OPS LINK: [e.g., Onion URL, GitHub Repo, Discord]
HOST ALIAS: [Optional]
PGP SIGNATURE: [Required for verification]

Active Index (Terminal Output)
